Returns

Returns Policy

We have a general returns policy of 14 days. The customer must pay for the returned items to be shipped back to us and we recommend a trackable postage method as refunds will only processed when we have received and inspected the item in perfect condition. Some products such as powders, primers, ammunition cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty.

Liability

Given the nature of reloading we will accept no liability whatsoever for the use or misuse of any of our products. Always read and refer to load manuals and handle any hazardous materials safely.
