If an item is showing as in stock we have it either at our range shop or at our mailing /storage location and the item is available for dispatch
If the item is marked as AVAILABLE 2-3 days then this is an item we will order in for you.
Your money
If we do not have an item in stock or you do not wish to wait for your item we will refund you. We do not expect to you wait too long for your order and if we cant source the item fast enough or you do not wish to wait then we will refund you.
We want happy customers and do not wish to hold your money and keep you waiting with back orders unless you wish to do so.

Order Handling Time
Orders are dispatched on the next working day, e.g. An Order is received by us on a Monday It will be dispatched on a Tuesday, For orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday they will be dispatched on the Monday or the next working day where there is a bank holiday.
We do try and speed this up and where possible we will always try to dispatch orders faster than the stated time.

Royal Mail 1st Class – Larger orders over £90.00 £8.50
Expedited Service Next Business Day £15.00
Orders over £250.00 are free expedited next day where possible
For larger or unusual shaped /bulk orders / long / bulky items we will ship by courier.
TRACKING
When your order is despatched our system will notify you by email and will include any tracking code if the item has been sent by a trackable method, e.g. Royal Mail 24 or other couriers
